Hi everyone , I’m trying to connect my DFF1 sounder to TimeZero Professional, but I haven’t been able to get it working. I’ve followed the manual and everything seems to be set up correctly in theory, but I still can’t configure it. The issue is that nothing appears in the dropdown menu where I’m supposed to select the sounder model, although the device does respond correctly to a ping. Could anyone help me out? I’ve attached some screenshots to make the issue clearer.
